• Allow your candle to burn until the entire surface has melted to ensure an even burn and longer lifespan.

• Extinguishing the candle before a full melt pool forms will cause tunneling, which reduces the candle’s life and is not eligible for replacement or refund.

• Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time to avoid "mushrooming," which is a carbon buildup on the wick that leads to an unstable flame and soot.

• Always trim the wick to 1/4" before relighting to ensure proper burning.

• Keep your candle in sight and away from flammable items, children, pets, and drafty areas.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

• All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.

• We do not ship candles between June - September due to the excessive Texas heat.

• We use a natural soy wax blend from renewable sources: toxin free, paraben free, and phthalate-free.

• We use only premium, phthalate-free fragrance oils from trusted suppliers, ensuring our candles are both safe and high-quality.

• We handpick each item for our Small Gestures; thoughtfully arranged around a distinct theme. Customization is not available for these selections.
